I spent years excelling professionally while quietly wondering why everything felt so much harder for me than it seemed to be for everyone else. I looked like I had it together. On the inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and masking the chaos just to keep up. It wasn't until I began to understand my own unique wiring that everything shifted. Not because I worked harder. Because I finally stopped working against myself.
That moment changed everything, and it's what eventually led me to this work. I became a Certified ADHD Coach for High-Achieving Professionals because I know what it feels like to be capable and struggling at the same time, and I know that the right support at the right moment can completely rewrite the story someone has been telling themselves for years.
My Approach
Most of my clients come to me tired, not broken. Successful on the outside and quietly overwhelmed on the inside. Many have ADHD, diagnosed or not. All of them have spent too long believing that being different means always having to struggle.
If you have ever performed "fine" while running on empty, worked against your own wiring and called it discipline, or carried impostor syndrome right alongside genuine accomplishment without knowing what to do with either one, I want you to know something. That experience makes complete sense given how hard you have been working against yourself. And it does not have to stay that way.
Together we slow down the noise, get curious about your unique wiring, and build a path forward that actually fits how your brain works. My coaching is warm, direct, and deeply personal. There are no cookie-cutter systems here and no advice designed for someone else's brain. Just honest grounded work in a space where you are allowed to be exactly who you are.
What I bring to this work
Before I became a coach I spent years in corporate product management, program management, and Agile leadership at high-pressure organizations. I know the environments my clients are navigating every day because I have lived them. Long meetings, impossible deadlines, the pressure to always appear composed. That experience informs everything about how I coach, including my deep respect for your time, your intelligence, and the very real complexity of the world you are operating in.
I bring the following credentials to every coaching relationship:
✔ Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation
✔ Certified ADHD Coach from the ADHD Coaching Organization
✔ Life & Business Coach certification from Mindvalley
✔ Certified Transition Coach
✔ Certified Impostor Syndrome Coach
And alongside every one of those credentials I bring something no certification can teach. I have walked this road myself. I know what it feels like to sit where you are sitting right now.
What working with me looks like
This is a space where you do not have to perform. Where we can look honestly at what is actually going on and start building something that fits the way you genuinely think and work.
Together we will turn overwhelm into clarity so you have a real sense of direction. We will replace self-doubt with confidence so you can take action that feels aligned rather than forced. We will build strategies for focus, energy, and resilience that work with your brain and not against it. And we will help you show up, as a professional and as a person, in a way that finally feels true to who you actually are.
This is not about fixing yourself. It never was. It is about understanding yourself well enough to stop getting in your own way.
A Note From Me
I do this work because I needed it once and could not find it. Every client I work with deserves what I eventually found: the understanding that the way your brain works is not the problem. It has always been the answer.
If any of this feels like it was written for you, that is not a coincidence. I would love to connect and hear what is going on for you right now.
